Terms and Conditions

Reservations can be made online, by telephone, e-mail, or in the Pine Forest office.

CHECK-IN: Check-in will be at 4:00 pm. Upon arrival guests will contact the office to receive the key code. 

CHECK-OUT: Check out will be at 11 am. Failure of the guest and party members to comply will result in a $100 fee for the first hour (12:00pm). And $200 at 1:00pm. If a late departure is desired or expected, please speak to the office to see if it can be arranged.

PAYMENT & FEES: It is required by Pine Forest Cabin Rentals that the first night be paid for in order to reserve your cabin. Guests have until 7 days before their stay to pay their rent in entirety. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. Guests will be required to pay a Cleaning and Administration fee which will be presented upon booking.

USE/CARE OF PROPERTY: Pine Forest wants you to have a fun, relaxing, and safe vacation experience. Laurel Valley is home to various creatures like squirrels, deer, and black bears. We recommend if you have children you supervise them at all times. Alcohol is to be consumed only by adults of legal drinking age and in a responsible manner. Treat our beautiful cabins the way you would treat your grandma’s house. If there are any damages to the cabin itself or any appliances, call the office (we are available 24/7) and if possible we will send maintenance if needed. Failure to report any damages or inconsistencies can result in the guest being responsible for said damages. Wherein Pine Forest will charge for the repairs or compensation for missing items. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside or outside of the cabins up to 30 feet. If smoke is detected inside the cabin guests will be charged $200 for necessary cleaning. PETS ARE PROHIBITED. If it is discovered a pet was in the residence there will be an additional $200 charged for cleaning. FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED. It is a crime to obtain and occupy any Pine Forest cabin under false pretenses. Pine Forest Cabin Rentals Incorporated is not responsible for any accident or injury that any tenant may sustain as a result of his/her stay on our property. The use of premises shall not be as such to disturb or offend neighbors. The Designated Agent reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises without issuing a refund.

AMENITIES: We will do everything in our power to insure your cabin is ready for your stay. We aim to give our guests a quality and comfortable vacation. Fresh linens and towels are provided along with basic kitchenware and utensils. In addition a starter supply of soap, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided. 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Cancellations MUST be made prior to 30 days of check-in. A $50 administrative is kept for cancelled reservation prior to 30 days. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. In the event a guest needs to reschedule, this also must be prior to 30 days of check-in. The guests’ initial deposit will be held in escrow until new dates have been scheduled. We will hold this this deposit in escrow for a period of up to 1 year, if the guest has not rescheduled in the allotted time frame it will be considered a cancellation so the guests’ money will not be refunded.

We require minimum night reservations, which can be seen on the website or discussed about with the Designated Agent. And during certain seasons and holidays, the minimum is increased. These include but are not limited to: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

This Agreement is to be read before booking any cabin Pine Forest may provide, for your knowledge and safety and that of others.
